We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company name), payment information, call logs including phone numbers, duration and timestamps, IP addresses and device information for security purposes, and usage data to improve our services.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments and manage your account, send service notifications and updates, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and analyze usage patterns to improve performance.
We retain call logs including originating and destination numbers, call duration, and timestamps. This data is used for billing purposes and may be retained for up to 12 months. We do not record call content unless explicitly enabled by the account holder.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (such as our telecommunications carrier SignalWire), when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission, hashed password storage, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account data for the duration of your account and up to 90 days after closure. Call logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
