By creating an account or using Portus PBX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Portus PBX provides cloud-based VoIP telephony services including virtual phone numbers, SIP credentials, and call management tools. Services are provided on an as-is basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your SIP credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use Portus PBX services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: robocalling, telemarketing without consent, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable telecommunications law. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
All charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Balance credits do not expire but are non-transferable. Monthly plan fees are charged at the time of upgrade. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, including lost business or communications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to maintain a positive balance. Upon termination, unused balance may be forfeited.
Portus PBX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
